Auckland Central Library Report (2020)
Auckland Council commissioned Point to find out how people use Auckland Central Library, what is most valued by users and their future needs and aspirations to inform a business case for redevelopment of the library. Data was collected through interviews, storyboarding with children and their whānau, intercept and online surveys, observations, and journey mapping. The report showed the variety of roles the library plays in many different people’s lives.
